About Studio KMA

Studio KMA is committed to serving the community by offering safe, effective, and affordable self care. This up and coming business was established in 2020 by Licensed Massage Therapist and Master Esthetician Katherine Adams. Katherine has been in the industry since 2011 and has a true passion for helping her clients become the best version of themselves that they can be!

Katherine was born and raised in Chesterfield, VA. She married in September 2019 and enjoys spending time with her husband, two beautiful daughters, and their house full of animals! Currently she has a German shepherd, a shepherd mix, and two cats that hold her heart.

Katherine tried to go to traditional college after high school with her peers, but quickly realized that particular rout was not for her. She started studying aesthetics on a whim in 2011 and fell in love with the profession. She studied at a local Richmond school and became a licensed Esthetician in 2012. After five years as an

Esthetician, she enrolled at Lotus School of Integrated Professions and became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2017. Before deciding to start her own business, she worked at a local med spa for four years.

Katherine specializes in acne and her own struggles with acne are a driving force for her passion in aesthetics. In her spare time, she is constantly researching new and exciting products and techniques to bring to the table for her clients. Her goal is to help clients feel better about themselves and to help them become their best selves!

Studio KMA is a representation of the hard work and dedication Katherine has to her industry. She strives to give the best to her clients on a daily basis. Her goal is to make not just lasting client relationships, but friendships along the way. She is dedicated to helping you become the best you you can possibly be!
