SWEDISH MASSAGE

This massage is geared towards the client looking for the right mix of relaxation and therapy. This massage is a full 60, 90 minute, or two hour "hands on" experience. You are welcome to add on aromatherapy for $10. We can also add a relaxing 10 minute sugar foot scrub for $15 which will not take away from your massage time if booked ahead.

EXPRESS FOCUS MASSAGE

This service includes 40 minutes of "hands on" massage designed to focus on a specific area that is really bothering you. Whether you are in between massages or you just simply don't have the time, this will help loosen those problem areas.

MOMMY MASSAGE

This massage is for my "mommas-to-be!" Whether you are 6 weeks or 36 weeks pregnant, we will make sure to make this experience memorable! A pre-natal massage includes lots of comfy pillows and a customized sideline massage.

Deep Tissue Therapy Add On

Deep Tissue therapy is geared towards those that are looking for deep pressure. This will include bio-freeze at the end of your massage. $20

Aromatherapy Add On

Aromatherapy has been used for centuries as a way to create a more relaxing environment. I have a variety of different scents to choose from to create the exact atmosphere you are looking for during your massage. If you are unsure of what specifically you would like, I am happy to pick for you!

Sugar Foot Scrub

This relaxing foot treatment will absolutely enhance your massage experience! First I will use a sugar scrub to exfoliate the skin, followed by soft warm towels. Then I will do a focused foot massage to hydrate the skin and help with circulation. This treatment will add 10 minutes on to your massage time and not take away from your massage experience. $20
