Studio KMA Policies
Cancellation Policy
Studio KMA respects your time as well as we hope that you can respect ours. Having to wait because the client in front of you was late, or being frustrated that you cannot book an appointment only for the person in that space doesn't show up, can be very frustrating! Here are a few rules set in place so we can help each other stay on track!
We respectfully ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you plan to cancel your appointment. If you are unable to make your appointment and cancel on the same day, you will be subject to a 50% same day cancellation fee. We will be unable to schedule your next appointment until this balance is paid in full.

We wish for you to respect our time as much as we respect yours. If you do not show up to your appointment and fail to contact your technician, a 100% "no show fee" will be charged to your card on file or applied to your account. You will be unable to book your next appointment until this is paid in full.

If you "no show/no call" to more than two consecutive appointments or three appointments in a 6 month period we will unfortunately have to inform you that our services will not be available to you in the future.

If you are running late, please let us know. Being too late to your appointment may be subject to rescheduling your service and a $10 convenience fee will be charged. This fee must be paid in full to be able to rescheduled.

Children In The Spa
Our clients come in to the spa as a way to escape the daily chaos of life. Although we absolutely adore seeing your little ones, please make other arrangements for your children. Our spa is full of potentially hazardous equipment if handled incorrectly and we cannot keep a close eye on them while performing your service. If you come in on the day of your appointment with your child, unfortunately we will have to have you reschedule.

If your child would like to come in for a skincare, waxing, or massage appointment, here are a few guidelines to keep in mind:

Simple facial services will be allowed for children 11 years and older. Advanced treatment services will be allowed for children 15 years and older with their parents consent.

Waxing services (minus bikini and Brazilian waxing) will be allowed for children 13 years and older with their verbal consent as well as the parents written consent.

Brazilian waxing clients must be at least 17 years of age with parental consent.

Massage services will be allowed for children 14 years and older with parental consent.
If the child is under 17, parents must remain on site for all services.
